Blue Mask Initative at the University of Michigan

The Blue Mask Initiative (BMI) at the University of Michigan is a fundraising project started by students at the University of Michigan. BMI is affiliated with the non-profit Detroit Education Society 501-c3-IRS and partnered with MICS (community service project). Our mission is to donate KN-95 masks for Michigan front-line workers. We have contacted several hospitals and there is a great need for masks in nursing homes for physicians and healthcare workers there to use. We are purchasing KN-95 masks from CDC/FDA approved suppliers. Our BMI team will sort and deliver the masks directly to these places in need.
