Our mission is simple; we will give the oppressed a voice and the power to fight back.
The F13 Project is an organization focused on empowering oppressed people by providing walk-through assistance civil rights litigation to those in need. Everyone knows that systematic oppression is centered around the powerless nature of the voiceless and underprivileged people.
So many individual's civil rights are violated simply because people don't know how to fight back. Attorneys so rarely take these cases because there is not enough money involved. We will fill the gap. We will help anyone file a federal or state lawsuit to uphold their rights that were unjustly disregarded while fighting the oppression through the court system. In some cases, we may be able to get court appointed counsel as well.
It's time to stop sitting back and relying on overworked organizations like the ACLU to fight for civil rights. We will ensure that everyone who has had their rights ignored can file a lawsuit and navigate the court system with confidence and support they would not have had otherwise. We will not pick and choose cases like other organizations.
We do have an office space set up and ready to go.
What we need is your donation to this worthy cause that benefits so many people. Why we need your donation:
*Mobile office, so we can assist people in need all over the country
*Computers and Printers with Hotspot Internet, for filers to have access to important information and documentation they will need to file to the courts
*Legal forms, so we have them ready and on hand to help people start filing as soon as possible
*Funds for rent and basic utilities for the main office
