Squarebird's 300km for 300 Kids

Donation protected
Squarebird has committed to covering 300km over 30 hours in order to raise money for the 300 children on Pupil Premium in Nailsea, as part of a fundraising initiative for the Nailsea Community Group.

With Christmas fast approaching, the Nailsea Community Group is looking to raise £3,000 to provide food for local families throughout the Christmas period whose children receive free school meals during term time as part of the Pupil Premium service.

In order to help the community group raise the necessary funds, our team has committed to collectively running and walking 300km around Nailsea over a period of 30 hours, from 9am on Saturday 5th December.

Not content with just hitting the target distance, we will be taking on the challenge dressed in our Christmas themed outfits!

We are aiming to raise at least £1000 for the Community Group initiative, and will donate a further £500 to the total amount raised.

The combined distance covered by the our team will be tracked using apps such as Strava, Apple and FitBit, aiming to hit the total of 300km by 1pm on Sunday 6th December.

The Nailsea Community Group plans to deliver the food bags to local schools during the last week of term so that parents can collect them, ready for the Christmas break.
