202 Street Hockey Association Let's Build a Rink!
Tax deductible
You may have heard by now that our organization has been evicted from the indoor hockey rink in Orange, MA., due to a cannabis grow moving into our current facility. Although there is a lot of support in keeping hockey at that location, the deal has gone through and a 20 year lease has been signed.
The 202 Street Hockey Association has been established since 1994 in the Athol-Orange area providing an affordable, safe, and fun outlet for youth ages 4 - 16. Over 4700 children come through our doors and participated in this sport. We do not want to lose this in our area.
Please help keep this hockey club going strong. We have been given an incredible opportunity to rebuild at the former Pleasant Street School location. The cost to rebuild is approximately $100,000. We are slowly on our way to reach that goal, but we need your help. We are looking for donations to reach our goal in order to continue with this growing sport. Since our association is recognized as a nonprofit 501(3)c organization, your donations are fully tax-deductible. It is imperative we continue seamlessly into the fall 2019 season and show the community that our children are worth investing in.
