Total Lifestyle Change, Inc. (TLC) is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization that provides sustainable solutions which address health disparities that plague communities of color in underserved urban and rural areas. The biggest threat to Black Lives is HYPERTENSION – the SILENT KILLER.
Did you know more than 30% of all deaths in men with hypertension and 20% of all deaths in black women with hypertension is due to uncontrolled blood pressure.
IT IS TIME THAT WE STOP HYPERTENSION!!!
Your generous support makes it possible for Total Lifestyle Change to conduct a host of preventive educational events, health fairs, nutritional cooking demonstrations, school and community-based health programs, and professional development trainings for practitioners. To fulfill our mission, and to ensure that EVERYONE has access to health and wellness information and services, your donation is needed.
