Bills, i.e. rent, electric, medical..

My name is Krice Cook. I initially set this up due to having heart issues, that eventually led to having a cardiac ablation. But shortly after this, I was informed that I would need total shoulder replacement surgery----this was not expected. The surgery, along with the recovery, has put much more of a financial burden on us than the ablation, ten times over. The cost aside from now being off work for 4-5 months, is much more strenous...Although my insurance 100% paid for the entirty of my surgery, the co-pay for physical therapy($70 per visit), has just been brutal, to be frank; I go three days a week. I work for a small, family owned business, with no short term disability. I cannot work at all---no football, summer/fall league baseball/basketball. The only income now is that of my wife, wfich is roughly $400 or so a week. I'd appreciate for those of you that have donated, to please pass along, or even consider helping again.
