Humanitarian Aid for Ukraine refugees

Heart To Hand Charity is looking for donations to cover the costs of transporting Humanitarian Aid to Poland to help the amazingly kind people of Poland who are taking in refugees from Ukraine. The money raised will allow us to send as many lorries as possible to help the refugees from Uraine. Heart To Hand have been sending Humanitarian Aid to eastern Europe for the past 30 years. We are a registered non-profit charity where every euro raised will help those in need.
