Incubator Fundrasier for CEI!

The Cochrane Ecological Institute Cochrane Wildlife Reserve Society is devoted to preserving and conserving cultural and biological diversity through education, reintroducing extirpated flora and fauna, rescue, rehabilitation, and release of injured orphaned wildlife; monitoring and research. We are a charity that is not funded by the government, therefore rely on donations from the public to keep our organization alive!

Each year, we see hundreds of patients from various species that may become short-term or long-term patients. This means we need large amounts of resources and medical equipment to care for them properly. We have used DIY incubators for our orphaned birds and mammals in the

past. While this method has worked for us, we would like something a little more precise to be able to expertly and accurately care for these orphans.

We are looking to invest in two types of incubators. An incubator specifically for orphaned birds and one for orphaned mammals. The importance of investing in these incubators is that it will give the caretakers more control over environmental conditions around the orphans to ensure that they can have the best chance at survival.

It costs $550 for a bird incubator and $1000 for a mammal incubator; this is excluding the cost of shipping. We aim to get two bird incubators and one mammal incubator.

We hope to have these incubators on-site by the end of May!

All donations will go directly to the purchase of these incubators.
