Hello, our names are Wicho Valdez and Luis Hiram Castanos-Vale; we’re two friends
who love theatre and Its impact on our community. We’re both aspiring theatre artists
pursuing our B.F.A in Theatre at the University of Texas at El Paso. Our mentors and
peers have inspired us to give back to our community by using our skills the
way we know; by creating a project called W.H. Productions!
W.H. Productions is a performing arts organization that provides opportunities for
local artist to show their creativity on stage. The need for the arts in El Paso has
grown more and more as the city progresses throughout the years. Our goal for this
project is to create a bigger theatre scene in our community while featuring different
types of artists.
With your aid, we’re able to bring our season selection to life starting with:
Summer:
Late Night Variety: Bohemian Campfire.
Fall:
Underdog Film Festival.
Winter:
W.H. Laugh House
Spring:
Drunk Shakespeare
And More!
These funds will also contribute towards:
Venue: Location of performance.
Technical Equipment: Lights, Sound, Set Design.
